1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ResponseWriterPhon ("we," "us," or "our"), a freelance copywriting and web design service operated by Stephon Rudd. By submitting a project brief, requesting services, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. The Free Page Offer
Our core offer is a risk-free landing page build. Here's exactly how it works:
- You submit a brief describing your brand, audience, and goals — at no charge.
- We build a complete, professionally designed and written landing page and host it on our server for your review.
- You review the page with no time pressure. One round of revisions is included at no charge.
- If you choose to keep the page, you pay a one-time fee of $147. Upon receipt of payment, we deliver all page files to you via email.
- If you do not wish to keep the page, you owe nothing. No invoice will be sent, no payment will be requested. The page is removed from our server and you are under no obligation.
We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the free page offer at any time. Projects already in progress will be honored under the terms active at the time of submission.
3. Scope of Deliverables
Upon payment of $147, you receive:
- One (1) single-page HTML/CSS landing page, as previewed and approved by you.
- All associated assets (fonts, images, icons) referenced in the page files.
- Files formatted for upload to standard hosting providers (cPanel, FTP, etc.).
The $147 payment does not include domain registration, web hosting, email setup, platform accounts, or any ongoing services. Additional pages, email sequences, full site builds, and other add-on services are priced separately and governed by separate agreements at the time of purchase.
4. Revisions
One (1) round of revisions is included with every free page build. A "revision round" means one set of changes submitted together via a single email or message. We will apply all requested changes from that communication and deliver an updated preview.
Additional revision rounds beyond the included one are available starting at $37 per round. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial preview delivery.
Revisions apply to the content, copy, layout, and design of the page as originally scoped. Requests that constitute a substantially new or different page (e.g., different brand, completely different audience, or entirely new page type) may be treated as a new project at our discretion.
5. Payment & Delivery
Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit/debit card). All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due in full before files are delivered.
Upon confirmed payment, we will email your complete page files within 24 hours. If there is any delay, we will notify you promptly.
All sales are final once files have been delivered. Because you review the page in full before paying, we do not offer refunds after file delivery.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the delivered page files outright. You may host, modify, resell, or use them in any lawful manner.
Prior to payment, all page files remain the property of ResponseWriterPhon. Unpaid previews may not be copied, screen-captured for distribution, hosted independently, or used in any form without written permission.
We retain the right to display completed client work in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer your project remain private, please let us know in writing and we will honor that request.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information in your brief and questionnaire. Inaccurate or misleading information that results in a page built around false premises does not constitute grounds for a free revision or any refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide (logos, copy, images, testimonials) does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You indemnify ResponseWriterPhon against any claims arising from content you provide.
8. Turnaround Time
We commit to delivering a live preview link within 48 hours of receiving your completed brief. In practice, delivery is often faster. If circumstances delay delivery beyond 48 hours, we will notify you by email.
Turnaround time begins when we receive a complete, answerable brief — not at the time of form submission if follow-up questions are needed.
9. Limitation of Liability
ResponseWriterPhon provides design and copywriting services only. We make no guarantees regarding the business performance, conversion rate, revenue, or growth outcomes of any page we build. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
